Pamela Van Woerkom

Owner

Pamela Van Woerkom is a true veteran of this industry, becoming a Licensed Title Agent in 1992, and has over 25 years in the real estate title industry. Prior to this, Pam was in the banking/finance sector. She earned her degree in Banking from the American Institute of Banking at Palm Beach Community College (now Palm Beach State College) in 1989. Because of this vast experience and knowledge, she is a valuable resource to her clients as well as all real estate professionals.

Christina Kotowicz

Marketing Director/ Licensed Realtor

Christina Kotowicz, a Licensed Florida Realtor, is teaming up with Coastal Title Services as their Marketing Director. Christina’s responsibilities include researching and keeping clients up-to-date on technical closing services, including title education and changes in real estate law and statues. Kate Watson

Attorney

A third generation Floridian, Kate Watson graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in English and received her Juris Doctorate degree from the City University of New York School of Law in 2011. In between undergraduate school and law school, Ms. Watson dedicated a few years of her professional life to teaching– first teaching English as a Foreign Language in Madrid, Spain, and then as a high school teacher in South Florida. Ms. Watson is conversational in Spanish.

Brianna Steel, Title Officer, is a lifelong real estate professional, becoming a Licensed Title Agent in 2014. Growing up in the title world, alongside her mom, Brianna gained her extensive knowledge in the title industry from basic title research to title clearing and eventually handling closings for a variety of clients.
